Does paying a deposit count?
Yes. Proof of purchase can show full payment or the required deposit for an eligible system purchased between 1 November and 31 December 2026. Keep your receipt for your entry.
I bought in November or December. Can I still enter?
Yes. If your purchase qualifies, submit your entry and proof of purchase through Panasonic’s official form by 11:59pm on 31 January 2027.
Who runs the promotion?
Panasonic New Zealand Limited. There is one $10,000 travel voucher to be won across the promotion. The winner will be contacted in the week beginning 1 February 2027.
Are hot water heat pumps included?
This campaign covers the selected Panasonic heating and cooling systems in the official model list. Do not assume a hot water heat pump qualifies; ask us to check your exact model.
Can I also get the free first maintenance service?
Sona Air’s summer maintenance offer has its own eligibility and terms, including the 5-Year Care Plan. Ask our team to confirm which offers apply to your installation.

Purchase an eligible Panasonic heating and cooling system between 1 November and 31 December 2026 and submit your entry via Panasonic’s official form by 11:59pm on 31 January 2027, with valid proof of purchase showing full payment or the required deposit. One $10,000 travel voucher is available across the promotion; the voucher provider’s terms apply. It is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Employees of Panasonic NZ, its agencies, participating dealers and their immediate families are excluded.
